The five questions to ask any web company. Answered here first.

These are our answers, on the page, before you have to ask. They are written to match the written agreement — and if a promise published here ever differs from it, §2 of the agreement says whichever version is better for you controls.

01

What is free?

The homepage preview. We build your real homepage and send a private, unindexed link — no payment, contract, sales call, credit card, or obligation. If you walk away, nothing follows you.

02

When does paid work begin?

Only after you choose a service and accept the order form and written agreement. Requesting a preview, replying to an email, or filling in the form is never permission to charge you or launch anything.

03

What does monthly mean?

$149 a month, $0 down, no setup fee, month-to-month: design, build, launch, hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, patching, and unlimited small edits — live by the end of the next business day (send by 4:00 p.m. ET), or that month is free. While your subscription runs without a break we do not raise your price, even if we raise it for new clients (§5.2). A $299 growth plan adds Google Business Profile management, review requests, and a monthly plain-English report — drop back to $149 or cancel any month.

04

What does one-time mean?

From $3,500: your site rebuilt page by page, half at deposit and half at launch, two revision rounds, and a complete source and static handoff you can host anywhere. Nothing owed afterwards.

05

Who approves the truth?

You do. You are responsible for accurate business information, rights to your content, and regulated claims — and we will not invent credentials, reviews, results, or permissions on your behalf. Nothing publishes without your approval.

06

What happens if we part?

You email us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for, there is no buyout or exit fee, and a full static export of your site reaches you within ten business days, free. The exit page walks through it.
