Every workbook on this site was built to be useful the moment you open it. But a cleaning business with six crews bills differently from one with two vans, and a wedding where three families contribute needs a budget the standard sheet does not model. Rather than pretend one file fits everyone, this is the part where a person adjusts it to you.
Two projects at a time. That is a real limit, not scarcity marketing — the work is done by hand and there is only so much hand to go round.

A reporting dashboard, a multi-user setup for a bookkeeper and their clients, or automation across sheets you already use. Scoped in writing before anything starts, so the price does not move.

How it works
- You describe the problem below. No commitment, and no payment details — there is nothing to pay for yet.
- We reply with a written scope and a fixed price, or we tell you it is not something we should take on. A quote that is really a guess helps nobody. Anything beyond the limits above — more files, more rows, more rounds — is quoted before it starts, never added to the bill after.
- You decide. Work starts only once the scope is agreed.
If what you need is genuinely a small tweak, we will usually just say so and point you at the setting. Selling a $199 project to solve a five-minute problem is a bad trade for both of us.
