Different intentions
A contractor assessing a bid partner and a facilities manager seeking support should not have to decode the same generic contact page. The design makes those paths explicit.
Self-initiated design study
A fictional commercial mechanical business provides the setting for this study. It illustrates our approach to structure and design; it is not a client project or a claim about results.

The reasoning
A contractor assessing a bid partner and a facilities manager seeking support should not have to decode the same generic contact page. The design makes those paths explicit.
A real implementation would show approved project descriptions, relevant sectors, verified capabilities and the people responsible. This study intentionally invents none of those credentials.
Ask for project type, location and the decision being made. Route existing-customer support separately. Collect only information the team needs to respond.
