Two reminders. A person for the replies.

This example explains the proposed process for a fictional painting business. It is not connected to Jobber, does not send messages, and is not evidence of customer results.

  1. Day 0: send the estimate

Your team sends an email estimate through Jobber during appropriate business hours. The named team member owns replies.

  2. Day 2: a helpful check-in

Hi Alex, just checking that you received your painting estimate. You can review it using the estimate link. Reply if you have questions or would like to discuss the scope. — Fictional Paint Co
  3. Day 7: a final follow-up

Hi Alex, following up on your painting estimate. If you are still considering it, we are happy to answer questions. If your plans have changed, please let us know so we can update our records. — Fictional Paint Co
  4. Whenever a customer responds

Your team answers questions and updates the record. A normal email reply must not be assumed to stop automated reminders. Suppression and quote-status behavior are tested before activation.

Timing is a starting proposal, subject to your account’s supported settings. Actual messages use supported variables and appropriate identity and opt-out information. Approved or closed estimates and opted-out contacts must be checked for exclusion.
